Files and inputs

Every FlowToolkit tool runs entirely in your browser. Files you drop, text you paste, and form values you enter are processed on your device and never transmitted to FlowToolkit servers. We do not see, log, store, or share the content you put into any tool.

Information we collect

FlowToolkit does not require an account and does not ask for personally identifying information. The site collects only aggregate, anonymous usage statistics — pages viewed, browser type, country at country-level granularity — for the sole purpose of understanding which tools are useful and how to improve them.

Cookies and local storage

FlowToolkit itself sets no first-party tracking cookies. The site uses a single browser localStorage key (flowtoolkit-theme) to remember your light or dark mode preference. Third-party services described below may set their own cookies in accordance with their respective policies.

Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-WPCVFV5CW9) to collect anonymous pageview statistics. Google Analytics may set cookies on your device. The data collected includes anonymised IP address, device type, browser, and pages visited. Google Analytics never sees the content of files or form inputs you supply to tools. You can opt out by installing the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google AdSense and advertising

FlowToolkit may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and its partner networks. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this and other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

Third-party services

The site loads the Inter font from Google Fonts. Static assets are served from a content delivery network. These services receive standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) as part of any web request but do not receive content from FlowToolkit tools.

Children's privacy

FlowToolkit is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can remove it.

Your rights

Because FlowToolkit does not store identifiable user data, traditional data-subject access and deletion requests do not apply to most of what we do. For analytics data, you can request deletion via Google. For any concern not addressed by the above mechanisms, contact us.

This policy may be updated as FlowToolkit evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
